Few bugs on first map

Hello, i want show few bugs/map mistakes which was should be repaired. 

1. bug with pipeline

In this place players often can block and die. I saw so much people who can't escape from such place and die.

2. Bug with invisible floor

In some places you can stand on ivisible floor.

3.Some other bugs with walls/objects

When i found more i will post it ;]
