Item Respawn Too Fast?

Feels like things respawn too quickly. Maybe that's good in a full
game. However right now it's sooo easy to stay topped off with mines,
health, shield, and ammo that it's trivial. Perhaps there's a way to
increase respawn rate when population is lower?

Oh hai, I have just read your comments on reddit :) The idea with respawn timer bound to population is intriguing.

Thanks!  I saw you had this site too after I made that post.  Thought it was more appropriate to share my thoughts here than a Reddit post which will inevitably sink into obscurity.
