Again, it wasn't planned to be looked at that way for it was rather to give the player more of a customization option.

I still respect your opinion, but wouldn't you think that because often in movies such as Ghost in the Shell, the robots appear to have feminine qualities such as breasts and higher tones of voices.

It was rather suppose to incorporate a sense of customization given to the player - not as much as a necessity compared to bug fixes or glitches.

Numerous robots in movies are females.

Also, people that are motion sick wouldn't really appreciate a ranged fighter with screen shaking aspects.

I could see this being a form of variant of weapon modification, nice to have a different point of view.
